Floor Sanding Specialists is a 100% Irish owned company. Gavin and Keith have over 25 years of experience between them. They are experts in Sanding, Staining and Varnishing all different types of wooden floors, wooden stairs and wood decking. They also carry out light repair work and will replace old or broken floorboards, and fill knots and cracks to give the best finish for your wooden floor.
We have a wide range of products from Oils / Waxes / Stains / Water-based / Oil-based and Heavy Duty Lacquers and Varnishes from matt to high gloss finish. All of our floor sanding machines are very efficient as we use Bona, Künzle & Tasin and Festool equipment. We provide sanding services to a wide range of commercial and residential customers. Areas covered are Dublin, Wicklow, Meath and Kildare.
Floor Stains
Want to change the colour of your wooden floor?
- A change in colour can completely transform your wooden floor. This involves staining your wooden floor to the colour that you choose.
- You can opt to stain your wooden floor a darker colour such as walnut, dark oak or even whitewash stain. You can choose from over 30 stains and pick the colour you prefer.
- We will advise you on the colour of wood stain best suited to your wooden floor. Choose from one of the stains in our chart and we will be happy to give you different samples on your wooden floor so you can see which stains would suit your floor
For our Dust-Free Flooring Services, we use Bona Dust-Free sanding equipment. Bona provides the leading dust free floor sanding equipment and can help speed up the efficiency of a job, increase the sanding performance whilst also ensuring that any mess is kept to a minimum. We are fully qualified to work with Bona equipment so you can trust us to complete the work to the highest of standards. All handheld power tools are also connected to separate dust extractors. We constantly update our floor sanding range as new improved machines become available.
Decking Restoration
We lay decking and fully restore old decking to its natural beauty from the months of April to September.
